First time to check out the best crispy pata of Norzagaray and the sizzling sisig is delish! Was confused though if the store is open(lights turned off) no menu board present even staff not very accommodating. But overall the food saved our satisfaction! Hope to visit it again ! Located near Municipality of Norzagaray,Bulacan

Other crispy pata places are catching up. One really bad experience while dining was the server handed us our bill when we haven't even billed out yet. My companion and I were the only customers then, and as I understand the staff's friends were coming over. We haven't finished our meal yet and my friend felt it was low key telling us to leave. Still 3 stars for the food.

It's all about the tongue. Best known for their best tasting Crispy Pata that commands an ever rising price. Don't blink when you get there or you will be charged additional charges you'll be shaking your head in staggered disbelief. It is by whatchamacallit standard, the priciest you will ever find. What makes this so popular or most sought after? One word comes to mind, delicious. Better check it out ... It is like hot taters, it runs out pretty quickly.
